Product Availability

Product availability may vary during the sale period and is subject to change. While we make every effort to maintain sufficient inventory, availability of certain products may be limited and cannot be guaranteed for the entire sale period.

Shipping and Packaging

1. All the orders apply to our Shipping Policy. During the promotion, there may be slight delays in shipments.

2. The filaments, accessories, maker's supply products and 3D material products will be shipped separately from the printer.

Returns & Refunds

1. According to our Returns & Refunds policy, if you need to initiate a return request, please submit your application through Customer Support within 14 days of receiving the item(s). All physical products that came with your purchase should be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.

2. If your order includes gifts, these items must be returned along with the original order. Otherwise, we will deduct the original gift value from your refund.

3. QIDI shall have the right to cancel any order in case of or suspicion of fraudulent activity without consulting the participant or obtaining his/her consent.
