Return & Refund Policy

Please read the following contents before returning the goods:

1. Qidi Tech accepts returns for Qidi 3D printers within 30 days of receipt of delivery without any reasons. The Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning Buyer's purchase.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. To start a return, please contact us at lexie@qd3dprinter.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. If the return is caused by logistics damage, product problems, wrong goods, and any seller’s fault, Qidi Tech will bear the shipping cost, otherwise Buyer bears the shipping cost.

5. When returning the goods, please put the goods in the original packaging safely, including all parts. After we receive the goods, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used accessories and disassembled filament.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 3 working days, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
Credit card refunds take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account. This delay is entirely up to your credit card company and any intermediaries.
