QIDI PETG-CF
QIDI PETG-CF Filament: Strong, Rigid & Easy to Print, It combines the ease of use of PETG with the strength of carbon fiber, resulting in prints that are significantly more rigid, sturdy, and resistant to bending. It offers excellent dimensional stability, precise details, and a premium matte textured finish.

Enhanced Heat & Chemical Resistance
This material inherits PETG's excellent resistance to most oils, greases, and detergents.
Its heat deflection temperature is slightly higher than that of standard PETG, allowing it to be used in higher temperature environments.

High Strength & Stiffness
The printed parts are stronger and harder than ordinary PETG or PLA, approaching the performance of some engineering plastics.

150mm/s High-Speed Printing
Say goodbye to long waits! PETG-CF supports high-speed printing at 150mm/s, helping you take the manufacturing efficiency of high-strength parts to a new level and achieve twice the result with half the effort.

Matte, Industrial Finish
The carbon fiber gives the finished product a unique matte, frosted texture with a subtle grain texture on the surface, making the appearance more "industrial" and high-end.

Easy to Print & Beginner-Friendly
Adding chopped carbon fiber provides greater dimensional stability and low shrinkage, increasing the success rate of printing large models.

Equipped with RFID chip
Equipped with RFID chip, parameters are automatically identified, saying goodbye to manual settings.

Printing Tips
- Pre-printing Drying: PETG-CF is highly hygroscopic.Moist filament may cause stringing and reduced strength during printing. It is recommended to dry at 65°C for 5-8 hours. For extended prints, using a dry box or continuous drying during printing is advised.
- Nozzle Recommendation: The glass fiber content is highly abrasive and can quickly wear down standard brass nozzles, leading to nozzle enlargement and extrusion inaccuracies.A hardened steel nozzle or harder is recommended.

Vacuum Aluminum Foil Packaging
According to the test, the water vapor transmission rate of ordinary sealed packaging is 4.76%, while the water vapor transmission rate of vacuum aluminum foil packaging we use is only 0.014%. It can be seen that vacuum aluminum foil packaging is more water-resistant.
